We are seeking a Technical Manager – Identification to support our company’s identification products, including visual and electronic tags, tissue sampling units, applicators, and related equipment. The successful candidate will provide technical support to internal teams, sales, retail partners, farmers, and customers, and assist the lead technical expert across the identification portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven technical experience in animal health, livestock equipment, identification, and traceability, or related sectors
- Customer service experience in animal health
- Proficient with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) and other business systems
- Strong, empathetic customer service and relationship management
- Able to manage competing deadlines and fast-track urgent orders
- Clear, compliant communication within company guidelines
- Excellent data entry and attention to detail
- Experience with regulatory processes or regulated environments (advantageous)
- Skilled in complaint handling, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
- Strong understanding of agriculture, especially sheep (advantageous)
- High organisational skill; flexible and agile under pressure, able to switch priorities seamlessly
- Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills; able to engage at all levels
- Results-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction
