Job Description
MSI Viking is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to drive revenue, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accurate order processing. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with sales and service teams, and maintaining accurate order records. Responsibilities include providing quote and order execution, handling customer inquiries and support, and proactively managing open quotes.
Requirements
- 3+ years in inside sales, customer service, or order administration (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
- Strong communication (phone and email) and problem-solving skills
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Team-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP/CRM (e.g., NetSuite) preferred
