Job Description
MSI Viking is seeking a Field Service Calibration Technician to calibrate metrology equipment to A2LA/ISO17025 standards. The role involves manual and automated calibration, software updates, and generating certificates. This position requires a mechanic with good communication and computer skills, and a willingness to work varied and unpredictable hours.
Requirements
- Update gage tracking software
- Calculate statistical information regarding uncertainties in calibration
- Generate certifications with gage calibration results
- Interact with internal and external customers to answer calibration related information
- Willing to travel to local and regional on-site locations
- Willing to work overtime and weekends
