MSI Viking is seeking a customer-focused Service Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will serve as our customers' main point of contact and work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-4 years scheduling/coordinating experience
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and data entry
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent certification
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work through interruptions
