The Platform Implementation Analyst works closely with the Client Partner Lead and Client Operations team to ensure the platform is configured and operational to meet specific client needs. The role requires a great capacity to take initiative, an ability to consistently deliver above expectation, a passion for continuous improvement, and a willingness to work hard and be rewarded.
Requirements
- A love for data and experience with marketing technology, analytics software, media data and reporting or business intelligence platforms is essential.
- Strong communications skills in English — both written and verbal — and the ability to work well with diverse internal teams (including external client facing and internal technology resources).
- Exceptional project management, analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve application design considerations and client business issues.
- A strong working knowledge of data and MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential.
