Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Horicon)

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and process improvement of mechanical equipment, automated PLC’s, robotics and other computer controlled equipment used to support production operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Maintenance experience, ideally in a rotational molding shop preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and abilities to analyze a wide variety of equipment troubleshoot problems and assess maintenance needs
• Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and controls aspects of Robotic equipment
• Working knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC troubleshooting, repair and programming
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
