Job Description
Scag Power Equipment is seeking a Technical / Field Service Technician to support dealers across North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa, handling both customer and dealer technical support. This full-time position involves up to 75% travel, requiring troubleshooting of outdoor power equipment products and providing training to dealers. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Handle dealer and customer technical support calls, e-mails, and letters.
- Manage and prioritize work load.
- Communicate with Sales Managers for service and parts concerns.
