The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe is a recognized indigenous community established on the prairie of the same name in 1857. Descending from Duwamish and Upper Puyallup ancestors, the tribe maintains cultural heritage while adapting to modern times.
This position is primarily responsible for providing crisis intervention services, supportive listening, information and referral, and developing safety plans for clients. The Intensive Case Advocate will also work with clients to assist them with resources and referrals, such as emergency shelter, housing, and counseling.
