Lead Community Center Activity Coordinator (Muckleshoot Tribal Member Only)

The Lead Community Center Activity Coordinator will assist in supervising CC Staff, planning and organizing activities, and overseeing the Community Center daily operations to provide the Muckleshoot Community a place to engage in recreational, educational, and cultural activities.

Requirements

• Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of recreational, educational, and cultural programs
• Assist in overseeing and coordinating the work of other staff and volunteers
• Collaborate with community members, departments and stakeholders to assess needs and gather feedback
• Create promotional materials and utilize social media, newsletters, and other channels to inform the community
• Ensure that all programs and activities adhere to safety regulations and organizational policies
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and community members
• Maintains professional dress standards and personal appearance as dictated by the policy manual
• Meets attendance guidelines by reporting to work as scheduled with dependability and consistency
