Job Description
Responsible for providing home care patients with a full range of personalized care, which may include instruction on chronic disease management and medication, pain management, wound care, IV infusion, and post-operative instruction.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) Program
- Two (2) year RN experience in a home health/hospice, skilled nursing or acute setting
- Current Negative TB Test
- Current in all immunizations
- Pass criminal history check
- Pass drug screening
