Job Description
Join Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) as an Assistant Vice President, Deferred Compensation Specialist, and support the Director, Head of Global Regulatory Reward & Governance on deferred reward management, analysing and presenting compensation data, and leading the implementation of a new deferred compensation management system for the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Reward & Deferred Compensation within financial services
- Experience of working with and delivering for multiple stakeholders
- Experience of analysing data and presenting trends and themes to inform HR and business decisions
- Experience of working in a multi-national organisation
- Experience of Reward & Deferred Compensation Operations, including process engineering
