Requirements
- A degree qualification
- Strong stakeholder & people management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in credit analysis
- Familiarity with rating agencies' methodologies, cross-border financial issues, asset-liability management (ALM), and related areas
- Professional qualifications such as Actuarial credentials or CFA/CAIA certifications (favourable)
- A minimum of 15 years' experience within the banking industry
- At least 5-7 years covering Financial Institutions Group (FIG) roles
- At least 3 years as a team leader
- Global exposure and established client networks
