We are looking for a Plant Operator to operate and monitor our highly automated production and process plants, ensuring quality and quantity targets are met, and documenting production steps, evaluating plant conditions, and conducting product control.
Requirements
- Completed training in the industry, preferably as a dairy expert or milk technologist
- Experience in handling process control systems and a good technical understanding
- Sincerity, responsibility and joy in actively shaping processes
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a 4-shift system
