We are a family-owned company with a global presence in the food industry. We are looking for a Shift Leader Factory Maintenance to join our team in Leppersdorf. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the assigned employees and ensure the operational requirements are met.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic or equivalent qualification
• Good technical understanding and professional competence for facilities in food production
• Good IT knowledge is necessary to perform daily tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills, flexibility, reliability, team skills and sense of responsibility are your strengths
• Shift suitability, a high sense of hygiene and quality, method competence as well as independent working style are also important
