Job Description
Team Muller is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their civil construction team. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate collections, and coordinating with other teams to streamline the collection process. This is a full-time, exempt position within a hybrid remote work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated full-cycle Accounts Receivable and collections experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred)
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Excel with intermediate-level skills
- Strong technology aptitude
- Experience with QB and Sage /Lockstep collections applications
