Müller's Solutions is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to help clients optimize their customer relationship management processes through effective implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a functional consulting capacity.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Strong business analysis skills to effectively document and translate user requirements into CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM are a plus.
