Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position
• Training or significant experience in printing (an asset)
• Experience in team management in a union manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of operations, methods, manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement
• Fluent in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Bilingual (oral and written)
• Autonomous and results-oriented
• Good leadership skills
• Communication and delegation skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time and to manage priorities
• Good physical condition
