Job Description
Multiply Labs is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team. The role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the CEO's schedule, communications, and logistics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or founder
- Proven ability to act as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, solves problems independently, and drives follow-through
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and scheduling tools
