AI Learning Architect

Multiverse is seeking an AI Learning Architect to design the pedagogical rules and logic for their AI-powered learning content generation system. This role involves bridging the gap between cutting-edge learning science and AI, creating engaging and effective learning experiences at scale. The architect will ensure the AI's educational content is grounded in pedagogical principles, constructivism, and a hands-on, problem-first approach.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in pedagogical design, learning architecture, or senior instructional design roles
• Deep understanding and practical application of learning theories, particularly constructivism
• Proven experience developing and implementing scalable learning frameworks
• Familiarity with the UK apprenticeship levy and its regulatory requirements
