Functional Skills Coach (Maths)

Multiverse is looking for a Functional Skills Coach (Maths) to deliver high-quality Maths training to learners on apprenticeship or pre-apprenticeships programs. The successful candidate will have experience in Functional Skills delivery, strong data-driven approaches, and a passion for equity in education.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience delivering Functional Skills in Apprenticeship Programmes
• Strong experience in monitoring and tracking learner progress and outcomes using data-driven approaches
• A minimum of Level 3 in Maths, with higher qualifications being advantageous
• A recognised teaching qualification e.g. PGCE, QTS or equivalent.
• Familiarity with relevant training standards and assessment requirements for Functional Skills delivery
• Experience supporting diverse learners, including those with ALN/ASN, to achieve their full potential
• Digital proficiency in delivering online learning, including the use of virtual learning environments and other relevant teaching tools
