Job Description
Multiverse is seeking a high-impact Salesforce Administrator to join its GTM Systems team. The ideal candidate will be a master of declarative configuration and have a strong understanding of Salesforce Flow, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Advanced mastery of Salesforce Flow
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of GTM workflows
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Experience managing a modern GTM stack
- Familiarity with Salesforce interacting with external APIs
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (201) certification
- Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
