Requirements

• 6-10 years of high-calibre professional experience in strategy, strategy consulting, operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving measurable results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high EQ and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Experience working closely with senior executives is highly desirable
