Job Description
Mumsnet is seeking a UX Designer to shape the future of their platform, focusing on user needs and problem-solving. The role involves designing experiences across multiple touchpoints, utilizing research and data to drive innovation and deliver high-impact solutions. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products with measurable impact
- Strong ability to translate research and insights into practical design recommendations
- Experience working across the full design process
- A portfolio that showcases solved problems or value creation
- Confidence using Figma and familiarity with accessibility and design systems
- Enthusiasm to use AI tools to accelerate design thinking and testing
- Clear communicator who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
