Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist for Buycycle, a leading online marketplace for pre-owned bicycles, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate attributes: Higher education; 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
Requirements
- Higher education
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Knowledge of German language is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Basic technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
