Product Owner & Team lead - Embedded Systems

We are looking for a Product Owner & Team Lead for Embedded Systems to join our team in Kista. This role combines product ownership with team leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in embedded or control systems.
• Prior leadership experience or clear potential for formal people leadership.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• Deep understanding of embedded systems and integration into product development.
• Familiarity with C/C++ and embedded development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and sprint management.
• Experience handling technical support cases and collaborating with technical teams.
• Analytical skills with focus on technical product development and customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
