Job Description
Muon Space is seeking a Systems Engineering Intern for Summer 2026, residing in Mountain View, CA. This full-time, in-site position involves contributing to system design, test campaigns, and the development of systems-level models. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, learn from mentorship, and have a direct impact on Muon's success. The internship focuses on end-to-end system design, hardware, software, and mission operations, including mission formulation, design, build, and operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals across multiple disciplines
- Proficiency in a programming or scripting language for analysis and modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
