Sr. Patent Engineer/Technologist

We are seeking a Sr. Patent Engineer/Technologist to join our team at pSemi Corporation. As a member of our US IP organization, you will be responsible for making key contributions to the creation, strengthening, management, and utilization of a high-value patent portfolio focused on RFFE IC devices, circuits, and process technologies for wireless communications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or physics, or equivalent industry experience in RF circuits, systems/modules, and devices
• Minimum 3-year of experience in RF devices and RF circuit design, including PA, LNA, switches and filters
• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Prior exposure to patents, patent prosecution, and defensive or offensive utilization of patents
