Job Description
Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago, a member of the Murgado Automotive Group, seeks a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repair. The role involves greeting customers, assessing their needs, scheduling appointments, conducting vehicle inspections, providing estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or related customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
