Honda of Libertyville is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associates to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, providing exceptional service, and helping them find the perfect Honda vehicle to meet their needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to speak/comprehend Polish, Russian, Spanish, or Ukranian a plus
