Construction Safety Manager

We are seeking a Construction Safety Manager to plan, implement, and supervise project safety in accordance with Federal, State, and local Health and Safety regulations, and Environment (HSE) regulations, site safety and corporate policies. The successful candidate must be CHST certified, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to influence and coach employees.

Requirements

• Certified Health Safety Technician (CHST) certification
• OSHA 500
• 5+ years of safety oversight experience on construction job sites
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook email, Word, Excel, Bluebeam)
• Sound judgment sense in fast-paced field environments
• High emotional intelligence
• Professional maturity, self-awareness, and the ability to receive and apply feedback
• Clear, direct communicator with all levels of field and management personnel
• Courage to enforce safety standards and stop work when necessary
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and respect for others
