Assistant General Manager

Museum of Ice Cream is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead a vibrant team of Joy Ambassadors, performers, and hospitality professionals. The role supports a team of approximately 200 staff members in a high-energy, experiential environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing operations in hospitality, attractions, experiential venues, museums, or entertainment environments.
• Experience overseeing Food & Beverage and Retail operations.
• Experience managing events, birthday parties, or BEO-driven events.
• Experience working in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of basic accounting, payroll processes, and financial reporting principles.
• Ability to bend/lift heavy objects of up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk on your feet for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
• Licensing & Certifications (Nevada Requirements).
