Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join our team in Portishead. The role will focus primarily on the technical stages of housing projects, supporting delivery from post-planning through to construction.

Requirements

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential developments
• Produce and coordinate Building Regulations and construction information
• Work on projects through RIBA Stages 4–5
• Coordinate information with structural engineers, M&E consultants and other specialists
• Respond to technical queries from site and contractors
• Assist with discharge of planning conditions and technical approvals
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, NHBC and local authority standards
• Support project delivery to programme and quality targets
