Agente de Ventas para España (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Sales Agent for Spain to convert incoming leads into real customers and optimize the sales process in the local market. The role involves responding to leads, performing video consultations, promoting visits to local showrooms, and continuously improving the sales process.

Requirements

• Native Spanish proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in interior design, architecture, or office solutions, preferably in Spain or focused on the Spanish market
• Great ability to sell virtually: you easily generate trust by video and email
• Solid knowledge of local business culture and how purchasing decisions are made
• Structured thinking: you apply a methodical approach to sales and pipeline management
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you are not afraid to try new things, learn from mistakes, and improve quickly
