Requirements
- Experience in Partnership Management, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales
- Structured and reliable working style with strong communication skills
- Hands-on mindset and enjoyment in actively executing rather than just planning
- Solution-oriented thinking and a high level of ownership and accountability
- Process thinking & continuous improvement: a structured, improvement-driven approach
- Confident handling of CRM systems and internal tools
- Good English skills; native-level or fluent in German
