Moore & Van Allen PLLC seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to support the firm's financial applications and integrations. The Analyst will focus on Aderant Expert and IntApp Open, ensuring reliable system operations and efficient data processing.
Requirements
- Support and maintain core financial systems, with a primary focus on Aderant Expert and IntApp Open.
- Provide ongoing support to end users, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and training.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Perform ETL activities, including data migration, data loads, and validation across financial platforms.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliation and validation processes.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and views to support reporting, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Support month-end and year-end processing and financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Intake teams to implement system enhancements and resolve cross-platform issues.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Support integrations between enterprise systems to streamline operations and ensure data consistency.
