Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to join its Charlotte, NC office, providing administrative support to paralegals, non-legal professionals and attorneys on the Commercial Real Estate team.

- formatting and preparing multi-state and federal legal filings
- filing legal documents (including e-filing)
- making travel arrangements
- assisting with scheduling/calendar
