Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant Tenant Screening to evaluate and process tenant files, contributing to a correct administration that meets all regulations. The position involves checking and evaluating tenant files, sending letters to incomplete files, and reporting progress.
Requirements
- Completed education at MBO 4 level
- Good communication skills
- Good command of the MS Office package, particularly Excel
- Interest in real estate
- A keen eye for detail and a precise work method
