Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Cost Calculator/ Extra Costs Calculator to perform various tasks related to property management, including creating cost statements, supporting property management, and maintaining accounting-relevant master data.
Requirements
- Diploma in a commercial area (e.g., real estate salesperson)
- Accounting experience and knowledge of property costs law
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Yardi, IMS, REALAX, and iX-Haus
- Fluent German language skills
