Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to make an impact within a rapidly growing organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to apply your vision and expertise for an organization that is always in motion.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education in HR, organizational science, business administration, or A&O psychology
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role, preferably in a commercial, rapidly growing (international) organization
- Experience with project-based work, KPIs, and the AFAS system
- A strong, binding personality with a vision on HR and organizational development
- Good command of Dutch and English. German is a plus
