Job Description
We are looking for a Store Manager for our boutique in Centro Oberhausen. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the look and feel of the My Jewellery boutique is maintained and represented. You will be responsible for advising and counseling our customers, leading your own team, and ensuring that the store achieves its operational and economic goals and KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in retail
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Proactive attitude, customer- and result-oriented
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Language skills in German and English
