Job Description
Zyg is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their engineering team. The role involves designing and maintaining the foundational data infrastructure of their platform, building scalable, high-performance data solutions, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver user experiences and fuel business growth. The ideal candidate will excel in data architecture, ETL processes, and SQL/GraphQ query optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a data engineer
- Extensive experience with different data solutions, data lakes and databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DB)
- Experience with high-performance, scalable databases
- Experience optimizing and analyzing SQL and GraphQ queries
- Passion for AI/ML and a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies
- A strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a passion for solving complex problems
- Experience with offline processing & ETLs solutions
