Sr. Manager, Engineering

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead a cross-functional team of Android, Backend, and iOS engineers to drive daily engagement through our app homescreen and scale core nutrition logging infrastructure.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams in close partnership with Product and Design
• Strong analytical focus and comfort working through tricky A/B testing and data attribution challenges
• Track record of leading consumer-facing development work focused on native iOS and Android apps using Agile principles and Scrum methodologies
• Experience developing teams through mentorship and coaching
• Knowledge of common patterns and software engineering and best practices
