Product Owner (m/w/d) Belgian Market

As a Product Owner at myneva for the Belgian market, you will play a key role in shaping our successful market entry, understanding local needs, gathering and structuring business requirements, and managing our product delivery. You will translate market insights into actionable product development steps and ensure that our software solutions meet the expectations of users and regulatory authorities alike.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in agile product management or project management, ideally within SaaS or software-based service environments
• Proven ability to manage discovery, backlog, delivery, and stakeholder alignment in complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Structured, proactive working style and high commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Understanding of the Belgian Social Care market, including local regulations, customer expectations, and working culture
• Experience in the social care, elderly care, or welfare sector is a strong advantage
• Strong language skills in English (C1+) as well as Dutch (mandatory)
