Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to build, optimize, and scale paid media programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth across our B2B technology portfolio.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or demand generation.
- Deep, advanced hands-on expertise in Meta Ads.
- Proven success scaling Meta campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of audience architecture, tracking, attribution, and creative testing.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and B2B content syndication platforms.
- Proven track record driving measurable B2B pipeline growth.
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in AI-driven marketing and automation.
