Job Description
This role offers a career change for nursing professionals to become Software Consultants. The position involves combining healthcare expertise with IT to support clients in implementing and using software solutions. Responsibilities include planning and conducting user training, acting as a primary point of contact for clients, and identifying market and customer requirements to contribute to product development. The goal is to improve the quality of care through innovative IT solutions.
Requirements
- Completed a degree or vocational training, preferably in healthcare management or IT.
- Practical experience in project work within the healthcare or IT sector.
- General affinity for IT and eagerness to develop IT skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner.
- Fluent German language skills and basic knowledge of English.
- Category B driver's license and a willingness to travel within Germany.
