Job Description
The IT System Administrator role is responsible for implementing IT services, developing SLAs, monitoring IT services, and coordinating incidents. It requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and IT security. Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
- Strong hands-on mentality and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
- Very good written and spoken German (C2)
- Very good written and spoken English (B2)
- Minimum of C2 language level in German
- Minimum of B2 language level in English
