Job Description
MyPass Global, a multi-award-winning workforce compliance software company, is seeking a Fulfilment Representative to validate workers' qualifications and certificates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures. The role involves data entry, verification, identifying fraudulent documents, and escalating issues, while maintaining key performance indicators. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong team player, and possesses excellent communication and computer skills.
Requirements
- Flexible to work on shifting schedule and on holidays
- Keen eye for detail
- Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision
- Fluency in spoken & written English
- Excellent computing skills (including Excel, Word)
- Excellent database administration skills
- Understanding of Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry preferred
- Willingness to work Night Shift (9:00 pm-6:00 am) & to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
