Job Description
myPlace Health is seeking an IT Project Manager to partner with Product and Technology, prioritizing new work requests, managing the backlog, and leading agile teams. This role involves aligning project efforts with business goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and empowering teams to deliver solutions that improve participant care. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex projects and managing budgets effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of IT project management experience.
- 3+ years managing enterprise-level projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
- Proficiency with Agile and project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, DevOps, Zoom, Smartsheet, MS Planner).
- Strong knowledge of systems integration, infrastructure, and enterprise software implementation.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
