Join myPlace Health as a Medi-Cal Specialist to make a direct, lasting impact on underserved communities in Los Angeles County. This role involves guiding seniors through new and renewal Medi-Cal/Medicare processes, navigating complex systems, and connecting families with community support.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the California Medi-Cal system and the Social Security process
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of community resources
- Experience working with frail elderly populations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CA driver's license and personal transportation
- Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese)
