Job Description
MyPrize is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join their growing Product team full time. The successful candidate will drive the systems and processes that make MyPrize's product engine unstoppable, with a focus on data-driven improvements and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in product or operations functions, ideally at a high-growth consumer tech, gaming, or SaaS company
- Strong operational instincts, helping product initiatives run smoothly
- Bottleneck prevention skills at all layers of the product organization
- Prioritization skills that balance speed with the pursuit of excellence and perfection
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent project management skills
- Comfortable with data analysis and SQL knowledge is a plus
- A systematic mindset, with the ability to create processes and manage complex calendars
- Proven track record of managing product and feature launches and working with key tools and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and deadlines without compromising quality
- Experience in free-to-play gaming, livestreaming, daily fantasy sports, or social casino industries is a plus
